Radiologic Nurses Certification Board (RNCB) Updates

The Radiologic Nurses Certification Board (RNCB) is pleased to announce that starting in 2020 the Certified Radiology Nurse (CRN) examination can be scheduled in four different months instead of just two months out of the year.  The CRN examination will be offered in the months of January, April, July and October.

    Thrombocytopenia in Chronic Liver Disease
In the United States, nearly 4 million adults have chronic liver disease (CLD), which is a progressive illness. Patients with CLD have an imbalance of pro- and anti-coagulant factors and are at an increased risk for thrombosis and, paradoxically, also at risk of bleeding.
